Scrapbook Pages!!

Here are some scrapbook pages that I created to show on Saturday. The pages were all cased either from blogs or from Splitcoast. I altered some for my needs and supplies. I haven't scrapbooked in quite a while and this made me miss it quite a bit.

This first page is a 12x12 that uses Old Olive Textured Paper, Dashing Designer paper, real red, very vanilla and River Rock. The stars are stamped from All Occasions and cut out, the ornaments are circles cut out and the top is the tab punch! The letters are from Big Deal Alphabet and cut out. The bottom layer is a strip of Dashing Paper. I love this page!! How cute is it?

Next is a cute 8.5 x 11 scrapbook page using pumpkin pie, old olive, black, chocolate chip, and elegant eggplant. The stamp set is Boogly Eyes. The fence is strips of paper and word window pieces cut out. I am not a Halloween fan but this page is adorable.

The next two are 8.5 x 11 Baby pages cased from Stampin' Heather. She has a lot of cute, cute pages on her blog! Thank you Heather! This first one is done on Chocolate chip, so saffron, and very vanilla. The set is Wild About You. The saying is cut using the key tag punch, the edges of the papers are distressed with the chocolate chip ink.

This page uses the Wild About You set, Warm Words, Polka Dot and Petals and Holiday and Wishes. The colors are certainly celery, very vanilla, and apricot appeal.

Cards Created Recently!!

Hello all! WOW! I can't believe I haven't posted in so long. Be ready I have a lot to post. First, Christmas cards....I can't seem to make enough of them. I love love love Christmas and creating Christmas cards. Here are a few fun cards I created....most if not all ideas were cased from Splitcoast. Microsoft Vista does not offer me a way to resize that I am aware of so if you would like to see larger images click on them and then right click and view image. It will open up the image in another application so you can view it better. I hope this helps.

I think this card was called Candy Christmas on Splitcoast. I used the sets In the Spotlight and Perfect Presentation (both of which are hostess sets, email me to learn how you can do a catalog show or a workshop and earn these sets for FREE!!). Colors used were a stretch for me to combine...Pretty in Pink, Real Red, and In color Wild Wasabi. I used the new and very cool scallop punch for the focal piece. The center piece is stamped and then the flower is punched out of the center and re added on top of another piece to do the two colors.

Here I used the set A Tree for All Seasons, and various words, snow flakes I think came from Merry and Bright (found in the Holiday Mini). Paper is white, bashful blue, and Night of Navy. I used Craft Ink and clear embossed. A very simple card.

Another very simple card using Kraft, white and bashful blue paper. I used the A tree for all seasons again and the Merry Christmas from Loads of Love. The ribbon is the 5/8 Grosgrain Ribbon and the Red Gingham. I also ticket punched the corners....a very fast and easy card to create.
I am in love with this next card. The paper is Close to Cocoa and Chocolate chip. The stamps used were Print Pattern, Merry and Bright, and the Merry Christmas from Loads of Love. I used a white gel pen to mark the edges of the print pattern. The reindeer was colored using Creamy Caramel marker and layered on Wild Wasabi. Another very simple Christmas Card.

NO STAMPS USED!!!! Is it possible!?!? LOL The paper is Old Olive, Real Red and Dashing Designer paper. The gifts were created using a square punch and layering the gifts onto real red. The ribbon is glue dotted to the middle piece and the bows are knotted and put above the gifts. 5/8 Real Red Grosgrain covers the bottom. How cute and easy is this card!! Just think of the possibilities. Change out the paper and colors and create a birthday card or baby card. Just think outside the box and who knows what you will create.

Stay tuned...I have a Neighborhood Expo on Saturday where I hope to meet a lot of new people and share my love for stamping!! If you would like information about the expo please email me and I will get that information to you.

Until next time...Happy Stamping!!

Update on me...I am still alive!

Just a quick update that I have not forgotten you all. I haven't stamped much lately but will get back to it soon. I have had bronchitis and have taken advantage of sleeping as much as I can! I think when you are sick and have a three year old it means to them that they need you more! LOL

I will post some cards I have made tomorrow hopefully! Stay tuned!!!!

Photo Wallet!

This is a really easy project to create and makes a great gift. Instructions can be found here.

I created this walled using Really Red, Tempting Turquoise, YoYo Yellow, and Only Orange. I used the sets Zoofari, Wild About You and Monkey Buisness to create this Zoo Picture wallet. I used magnetic snaps to hold the wallet closed. If you would like to make one of these fun wallets email me or call me to book a workshop.

I used the scallop punch for the front piece and the spiral punch for the journal pages. I plan to make more of these, they are very simple and will make great gifts!
