Just a quick update that I have not forgotten you all. I haven't stamped much lately but will get back to it soon. I have had bronchitis and have taken advantage of sleeping as much as I can! I think when you are sick and have a three year old it means to them that they need you more! LOL
I will post some cards I have made tomorrow hopefully! Stay tuned!!!!

Photo Wallet!
This is a really easy project to create and makes a great gift. Instructions can be found here.
I created this walled using Really Red, Tempting Turquoise, YoYo Yellow, and Only Orange. I used the sets Zoofari, Wild About You and Monkey Buisness to create this Zoo Picture wallet. I used magnetic snaps to hold the wallet closed. If you would like to make one of these fun wallets email me or call me to book a workshop.

I used the scallop punch for the front piece and the spiral punch for the journal pages. I plan to make more of these, they are very simple and will make great gifts!

Various Cards I have made!
Valerie and I stamped all day on Saturday and got a lot of fun cards made!
Here is one we made earlier in the week. We used the set Garden Whimsy, Whimsy wheel, and Tagger's Dozen. Colors used were Pretty in Pink, Purely Pomegranate, Close to Cocoa and Creamy Caramel. We also used the Crop a Dial to emboss a few of the circles on the side. The shell of the snail is on dimensionals.
The next card is a case from a splitcoaster. We changed the colors and set used. We used Merry and Bright from the Holiday Mini Catalog. The paper is from the Dashing designer series. We also used river rock, textured old olive and water color paper.

The next card is a case from the Stampin' Up demo site. A perk of being a demo is a gallery full of cute cards. We changed the colors and used Always Artichoke, creamy caramel, mellow moss and close to cocoa. The set used was Bugs and Kisses.

The next card is a fun card using the set Zoofari. The color used were Perfect Plum, So Saffron, Cameo Coral, and Mellow Moss. A very fun card!

Halloween Cards
We don't celebrate halloween but Valerie and I got together and made a bunch of halloween cards and I have to admit they are really cute!
The first is a case from Angela Riddell. We used the colors Elegant Eggplant and Wild Wasabi. We used the new scallop punch for Frank. Ribbon is the Double Stitch Wild Wasabi and Elegant Eggplant grosgrain ribbon. Set used was Booglie Eyes.
The next card is a pocket card using Haunting Halloween set. Colors used were Only Orange, Elegant Eggplant, and Old Olive. This card is another case.

Next is another Booglie Eyes Set. The card is missing the word halloween but I need to borrow that set! LOL Another single layer case from splitcoast.

Here I used the set Home is where the Haunt Is. I brayered colors from the Pumpkin Patch Spectrum Pad over glossy cardstock and then spritzed it with water. This idea is cased from splitcoast user ked.
This is a very simple card using the Home is where the Haunt Is set. The colors are Only Orange and Basic Black.

Thank you cards
Here are a few Thank You Cards I made for all the gifts my son got for his birthday.
This card uses Baroque Motifs and Linen. The colors are Chocolate chip, close to cocoa, and Rose Red. I also used the 5/8 Chocolate grosgrain ribbon.

This card is a splitcoast case using Garden Whimsey. The colors are Apricot Appeal, Basic Black and Whisper White.
This is another Splitcoast Case using the set A Tree for all Seasons and Outlined for Fun. The colors used are Bravo Burgundy and More Mustard.
If you missed the Thank you card stamp a stack this past weekend and would like to set up a make up date let me know. One can never have too many thank you cards.

Pick a Petal Again!
I finally broke down and bought this set!! :-) I haven't posted in a while...My son had his third birthday this past weekend and my mom came to visit us. You can read about it on my other blog, (yes I have two, LOL) http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/coopsmom
Now on to the card I made tonight using Pick a Petal:

Colors used were Chocolate chip and Really Rust. I used the petal to make a car, how fun is this? I wheeled the neighborhood wheel in chocolate chip. The wheels on the car are on dimensionals. The card needs a sentiment or something else but I can't think of what though...any thoughts?

Random Cards I have made lately
I borrowed Pick a Petal from a friend to play with and now I have ordered it! I love this set, it is so versatile. This first card was a case from Splitcoast, just altered the colors and such. Colors used were Cameo Coral, Ruby Red, Old Olive and Chocolate Chip. I water colored the petals first with the coral then the ruby red.

This next card is again a splitcoast case. A fun snow angel using the Pick a Petal. Colors used were Real Red, and Not Quite Navy.

Next a case from a fellow blogger! I love, love this card. I even had to go out and purchase this punch so I could case this card. I used Earth Elements for this card. Stamp sets were Monkey Business and Carved and Candle Lit.

The last card again is a splitcoast case that I just changed up the colors on. A sympathy card for a student in my Sunday School class last year that lost his father. Colors were Blue Bayou and Soft Sky. It was very hard coming up with a sympathy card for an 8 year old boy. Challenging...but I am happy with how it turned out.

Enjoy! Till next time...Happy Stamping!
