WOW! It has been a while since I posted and I apologize about there...you can read why at http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/coopsmom We started homeschooling/preschool with our son this week. I have been busy, busy.
Now on to the good stuff:
Here are the cards we did tonight for technique class!
The first technique we did was Fossilized Stone. I found out about it on Splitcoast. A fun and easy technique. If you would like to learn this you should book a workshop and we can do fossilized cards!
The colors used were Cameo Coral, Very Vanilla, Mellow Moss. The stone technique was done using Certainly Celery and Mellow Moss inks and glossy cardstock. I used the stamp sets: Unfrogettable and Outlined for Fun.
The next technique was the glitter window using Dazzling Diamonds Glitter and packing tape. The stamp sets used were Wild About You, Cold Play (snow flake), Holidays and Wishes, Simple Sayings. The colors are Regal Rose, Garden Green and Basic Black.
The final technique was Rock and Roll! I love the way this card turned out. The layout is a favorite of many splitcoasters for the Baroque Motifs stamp set. The colors used were Groovy Guava and Purely Pomegranate.
Technique classes are held on the third Monday of each month so come join us!! $10 gets you three new techniques, three instruction cards, and three greeting cards! RSVP for next month at stampingwithkimberly@gmail.com
