Thank you card stamp a stack card 2

Here is another card we will be stamping at our Stamp a Stack on September 27th and 29th.

This card uses the Whimsy Jumbo Wheel and Fishy Friends Set. Card idea was borrowed from another blogger. Colors used are Bashful Blue and Certainly Celery. Shark is stamp and cut out, mounted on dimensionals.
