Thursday will start my second installment of punch art class. In the month of October you will see creations such as Ghosts, Black Cats, Pirate Boys as well as Elmo, Ernie and Bert. You will receive 20 punch art creations via a PDF file with a fun card or project. The cost for this class is $20, but I have added a bonus to it. If you do not have the punches, you can 't make the art, right? For $10 more, you can receive via mail (at the end of the class) the punched pieces for the creations. I will send you punched pieces for you to make the card and your punch book page, so enough for 3 images if you like. You can sign up for the class at anytime so email me or send your $20 or $30 to this email via Pay pal.

I will not be sticking with a theme this time but you will see some Holiday punch art: pumpkins, monsters, turkeys and Santas as well as some famous characters like Bert and Ernie!!

My son will be turning 5 on Tuesday and I was going to save this until then but today is National Talk Like a Pirate Day. He is wanting a pirate party and Stampin' Up! has awesome pirate party materials. I created his invite using the Pirate Time Stamp Set. I used Basic Black, Real Red and Whisper White. The pirate is stamped in Craft White and embossed with Whisper White embossing powder. The wording on the front and the back were printed from the computer and cut to fit.

Christmas in October Stamp a Stack

It's that time again, CHRISTMAS, well not exactly but it is getting closer. I will be having another Christmas card stamp a stack October 2nd at 7pm and October 3rd at 10am. Cost is $10 for 5 cards, $20 for 10 cards (2 each of 5 designs), or $40 (4 each of 5 designs). The cards we will be stamping are seen below.

This fun and simple card is sure to be a wow with family and friends. They will think you worked hours on such a cute and adorable card! Check out the snowman on the inside.
The idea for this card was cased by many I have seen just like it. Thank you ladies for the inspiration!

Christmas is a Season of Happiness, Joy, family and so much more. This stamp set is very versatile and if you join me on October 4th or 5th I will have some samples of other types of cards you can make besides Christmas.

Keeping with my love of punch art I had to throw in a punch art card!! I saw this cute cute card on a blog or SCS and had to give it a try. It is very simple and quick to put together. Email me if you would like more details or sign up for my virtual punch class, this will be a bonus feature in December's class.

The next card show cases the Big Shot Embossing folder. A simple card with a little embossing, very quick and versatile. Change up the colors and make it a birthday card or even a wedding card!

Lastly, is my good ol friend Mr. Snow Man from Big on Christmas. He uses traditional colors and themes for Christmas. Also if you look closely the paper with the snowflake simmers just a bit.

Hello Baby!

Hello Baby! I created this fun spinner card for a sweet friend. She is not finding out the gender of the baby so I went neutral with celery. The background of the card is a retired favorite of mine Monkey Business. The monkey was done using punches and spins on a penny. How cute is he? I smile every time I see this card.




The monkey was created using Circle punches (1 3/4, 1 3/8, 3/4, and 1/2) as well as the small oval and hole punch for the eyes. He is a lot of fun!!

Technique Tuesday!

Today's fun set is Under the Stars! I love this fun bear and I stamped him with the Loads of Fun Stamp set to give you a fun camping adventure.

Finally I created a fun Halloween card that I saw on SCS.
The pumpkin is created using the small oval punch and the face is from the Sizzix Pumpkin faces.

Online Punch It Up Sneak Peek! School Bus!

Starting September 1st I will be offering an online punch class. Over the course of the month you will receive 20 punch art creations in the theme of back to school via email. In the email, you will receive a PDF file that will have instructions to create the art as well as a fun project made with the art. The cost for this class is $20 and can be mailed to me or sent via Pay pal. A few ideas of art you will see are glue bottle, scissors, cheerleader, school bus, pencils and much more...If this class goes well I will continue it next month with a fun holiday theme. I borrowed this fun set from a friend and wow do I love it. The versatility of it is amazing. I cased the cards from stampers on splitcoast. The Thanksgiving card and the blue Christmas one were created by fellow stampers and given to me at a swap. I love that you can create all kinds of cards using this one set.
