The third card for Technique Tuesday features the baby wipe technique. I used the colors Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Really Rust. It is a very cool technique. I hope you join me on October 20th at 7pm to try it out!
Here is another card for November's Stamp a Stack. This card features the new ornament punch and Christmas Cocoa Specialty paper. The ornament has a fuzzy feeling to it...very neat paper. The stamp set is Baroque Motifs. Colors are Real Red and Always Artichoke.
This month we will be creating a Marquee Card, Ghosting, and using the Baby Wipe Technique.
The second technique we will be doing is ghosting. This is a perfect time of year for this technique even though there is nothing scary about it at all. This card uses the set Scary Skeleton.

Thursday will start my second installment of punch art class. In the month of October you will see creations such as Ghosts, Black Cats, Pirate Boys as well as Elmo, Ernie and Bert. You will receive 20 punch art creations via a PDF file with a fun card or project. The cost for this class is $20, but I have added a bonus to it. If you do not have the punches, you can 't make the art, right? For $10 more, you can receive via mail (at the end of the class) the punched pieces for the creations. I will send you punched pieces for you to make the card and your punch book page, so enough for 3 images if you like. Hello all! Can you believe October is rapidly approaching us? My next installment of punch art will be coming on October 1st. I will not be sticking with a theme this time but you will see some Holiday punch art: pumpkins, monsters, turkeys and Santas as well as some famous characters like Bert and Ernie!!

My son will be turning 5 on Tuesday and I was going to save this until then but today is National Talk Like a Pirate Day. He is wanting a pirate party and Stampin' Up! has awesome pirate party materials. I created his invite using the Pirate Time Stamp Set. I used Basic Black, Real Red and Whisper White. The pirate is stamped in Craft White and embossed with Whisper White embossing powder. The wording on the front and the back were printed from the computer and cut to fit.
