We are moving!!!

If you have been following my blog and noticed a lag in up loads...well we are moving and it has been a crazy ride. To maintain my sanity I created some fun moving cards to let family and friends know our new address. I created one simple quick design and then another more involved design. I had a lot of fun playing with this stamp set.

The simple design

I stamped the moving stamp from Loads of Love accessories in versa mark all over the kiwi cardstock. The only difference in the two simple versions is the ribbon. Under the brown strips I had printed from the computer our new address and names.

This version is a fun pocket card!!

As you can see when you pull the card out it has our address and the fun people from All in the Family! As you can see this version took a little longer to create. I think I only made 10 of these and 2o of the other version.

I hope to be in my new stamp room and stamping again very soon but until then.....

Happy Stamping!!!

Perpetual Calendar...Cookie Sheet Calendar Class!!

I am holding a class on July 18th to create this fun calendar. You can join me for $20!!

The papers used will be different since the ones seen here are retiring. The months were done using the Sizzix Big Shot Go Go Boots alphabet, numbers were printed from the computer, images are from the Holiday Blitz Stamping Set, we will also be adding other Big Shot die cuts and punch art for each month. Everything is stuck to the cookie sheet with magnets.

The back is a great place to store the pieces not being used.

If you want to join us on July 18th please RSVP and pay by July 10th so I can buy the materials needed to create the calendar. More pictures coming soon, I hope. :)

Summer Fun!!

I am loving my punches (I think I have said that before)!! I saw this adorable card while I was at convention last year. It was created by Robin Govier of Alberta, Canada! I am glad I took a picture of it! It was super easy to create, but messy with the glitter everywhere.

The sand castle is done with Kraft paper, spiral punch and word window punch. The shovel is created with the tag punch, 1 1/4" circle punch and the 3/4" circle punch.

We will be creating this card on Thursday, May 28th at my punch it up Thursday class. Come join us!! RSVP by Tuesday May 26th! Cost is $10 and you are creating 3 projects and instruction cards for the punch art!
